Geriatric Primary Care
Geriatric Primary Care Clinics are designed to meet the complex health care needs of elderly veterans and those with chronic illnesses. Patients receive their basic, general health care from a primary care provider. When the patient’s needs become more complex (such as a memory disorder), they are referred to Geriatric Primary Care.
