Situation Update

As of Tuesday, December 5, 2023 10:18 AM EST

The CDC and VA are committed to reducing the spread of the flu and COVID-19. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath – please stay home and contact your primary care provider. Tell them about how you are feeling and any recent travel you or members of your household have taken. They will be able to discuss your appointment options and answer any questions you may have.

New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network has temporarily suspended visiting hours for all patients and Community Living Center residents at all its locations until further notice to protect the Veterans we are entrusted to care for.   Under special pre-arrangement, only hospice patients can have visitors, but under no circumstances will visitors under 18 years of age be allowed.

Please be advised that we are striving to work with families and loved ones on “virtual visiting” options.
