Rooms
The unit has a variety of private and semi-private rooms equipped with telephones and cable televisions.

A Typical Day on the Rehab Unit

6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Bathing/showering, dressing
Breakfast in the dining room
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Therapy appointments
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch in the dining room
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Therapy appointments
4:45 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Dinner in the dining room
5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Visiting; recreation therapy events


Visiting Hours for the acute rehab unit are open visiting hours. Please contact the unit with specific questions about visiting.

Physician meeting with family Your Rehab May Include:

  • medications
  • skin care
  • bladder and bowel management
  • swallowing precautions and exercises
  • communication strategies
  • exercises to be done at home
  • dressing and bathing
  • walking and stair climbing
  • getting in/out of a chair, bed, tub, shower
  • getting in/out of a car
  • community resources
