    Seeing the Light:
    When heading into the great outdoors, be vigilant against skin cancer by covering all exposed skin with a liberal amount of water-resistant sunscreen. Check the label for an SPF of at least 30 and a broad-spectrum formula that guards against both ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. Reapply about every 2 hours, even if it’s cloudy.
