CDTA provides transportation services throughout the Albany area, providing regular route bus service, shuttle systems as well as individualized rides without fixed routes or timetables.

STAR provides transportation for people who at certain times cannot use, or have difficulty using, the CDTA fixed-route bus system because of a disability or impairment.

Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) *

RGRTA oversees public transportation in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Wayne, Wyoming and Seneca counties.
VA Shuttle Service
VA Shuttle travels from Canandaigua VA Medical Center to the Rochester Outpatient Clinic (ROPC) and vice versa. The service is provided daily.

Van runs from all over Cayuga County to The Syracuse VA Medical Center. Then it returns veterans to their residences.

PAL provides curb-to-curb lift equipped van services to individuals unable to board, ride, or disembark from a Metro Bus or Rail vehicle, or travel to and from a bus stop.
