VA health care is offering a new program free to enrolled Veterans who want to quit smoking. TeleQuit provides Veterans a telehealth device that offers daily coaching and support. There is no cost for the equipment and it is delivered directly to the Veteran's home. Veterans can call the 1-877-619-0106 number directly or speak to their Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to enroll in the program. Each Veteran will have a TeleQuit Coordinator who will work with the Veteran's PACT. The program takes about three months to complete.
