Veterans Service Center Veterans Service Centers (VSCs) are located in Albany, Bath, Canandaigua, Western New York, Syracuse and the Rochester Outpatient Clinic. These centers were designed to provide easy access and up to date information on Veterans health benefits. The Veterans Service Center can assist with beneficiary travel, patient funds program, decedent affairs, compensation and pension, and hoptel services for overnight accommodations. Each facility has a Veterans Service Center Manager who handles local management of the Veterans Service Center.
