Medical VA Care offers a full range of primary, specialty and inpatient care. Primary care focuses on preventive health and chronic disease management, and coordinating care with all other health care programs when needed.

Specialty and Inpatient care provides medical and surgical care within the inpatient and outpatient settings. These include emergency services, radiation therapy, ambulatory surgery, and more.

Medical VA Care also supports VA medical research, and partners with four medical schools in upstate New York.
