Answer The following clinics offer the therapy services listed:
Rochester Outpatient Clinic: physical therapy, occupational therapy and physiatry.

Rome Community Outpatient Clinic: physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Question Is therapy available on weekends and evenings?

Answer Clinic hours vary at each site and may change dependent upon how many patients need to be seen. It is recommended that you call the specific department for up to date information.

In general, all sites offer weekend and evening therapy. You can contact the Rehabilitation office nearest you
Question How can I get an appointment?

Answer Your primary care provider needs to refer you to therapy. Referrals from physicians outside of the VA can not be accepted. Upon receipt of the consult, the therapy department will schedule you for an appointment either by phone or by mail.
Question Who is eligible to receive therapy services?

Answer All Veterans who are eligible for VA Care, TRI-Care patients, and active-duty personnel are eligible for therapy services.

Answer A VA physician needs to complete a consult request for the item that is needed.
