Every VA Medical Center has a Patient Advocate who can assist patients and their families with questions and concerns they may have regarding VA care, benefits, policy or procedures.
If you, or a veteran you care for has not been able to resolve important issues related to VA through other means of communications please contact the Patient Advocate at your VA Medical Center (see list below) or e-mail using the VA National Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS).
